The Anti-Corruption Agency assessed the effectiveness and outcomes of the transparency measures implemented by state bodies and organizations based on the results of 2024.

Based on the Transparency Index, 50 state bodies marked "green" (up from 31 in 2023), 35 were "yellow" (down from 43), and 13 were "red" (down from 29) in terms of efficiency indicators.

The highest efficiency scores were recorded by "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine" JSC (91 points), the Tax Committee (90 points), "Uzavtosanoat" JSC (89 points), and "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine" JSC (89 points).

The lowest transparency scores were recorded by the Andijan region’s administration (28.5 points) and the Cinematography Agency (30.43 points). Additionally, the third category includes the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, the National Anti-Doping Agency, the Hydrometeorological Service Agency, "Asaka" Bank, "Yolqurilish" JSC, the administrations of Jizzakh, Fergana, and Syrdarya regions, the Committee on Family and Women's Affairs, the Inspection for Control over the use of Electric Power, Oil Products, and Gas, "RES" JSC.
