The Department under the Prosecutor General's Office has discovered during the pre-investigation check in Uchkuprik district that the responsible persons of "B.P." LLC had illegally connected to the electricity network and used 494.4 million sums worth of electricity without permission confirmed.
Similarly, during the pre-investigation check conducted by the Department's Bulungur district branch, it was found that citizen F.T., for commercial purposes, had illegally connected to the electricity network at the car service workshop in the "Mingchinor" MCA area, using 160.8 million sums worth of electricity without permission.
Also, the Department's division in Gulistan city found during the pre-investigation check that citizen D.H. had directly and unlawfully connected to the natural gas network at his residence, using 172.9 million sums worth of natural gas without permission.
Upon these incidents, criminal cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being conducted.
