A cadastre employee in Tashkent region was caught taking $1200 from a citizen. The State Security Service information service reported this to "Darakchi.uz".
It is noted that in the Okkurghon district of Tashkent region, a cadastral engineer promised a local citizen to formalize a ownership certificate within the legal framework and obtain permission to build a house on 9 ares of land that had been arbitrarily occupied.
He then demanded $1200 in exchange for the service and was caught with material evidence at the time of receiving the agreed sum.
Currently, he is charged under Article 168, part 3, clause “b”, and Article 28,211 part 1 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
