Iran carried out the death penalty on the morning of June 25 against three individuals accused of spying for the benefit of Israel's intelligence — “Mossad”. This was reported by the “Reuters” news agency.
According to official information, those executed were recruited by “Mossad” and involved in secretly bringing covert devices into Iran.
Through them, the Israeli special services organized assassinations against high-ranking individuals in Iran.
“BBC” writes that, a few days ago, two more individuals were hanged on similar charges. In the past two weeks, amid escalating Iran-Israel tensions, over 700 citizens suspected of being in contact with Israel have been detained by Iranian law enforcement agencies.
