The United States Office of Management and Budget has recommended to the State Department to halt the financing of nearly twenty programs worldwide, including those investigating the crimes of Russian military in Ukraine. This was reported by “Reuters”.

However, according to Reuters sources, it is unlikely that the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, supports preserving most of these programs. Instead, he might favor continuing only the most critical initiatives.
