10 billion euros have been allocated for Ukraine's recovery after the war. This was reported by the Deutsche Welle publication.

Participants of the 4th international conference on Ukraine's post-war recovery, held in Rome, pledged to allocate over 10 billion euros to support Kyiv.

"At today's conference, we have secured commitments to jointly allocate over 10 billion euros in assistance to Kyiv," said the Italian Prime Minister.

Giorgia Meloni also sharply criticized the destruction of Ukrainian churches and museums by Russian military forces.

"These cultural assets are part of Europe's shared heritage, and they will be restored," Meloni's words were quoted by the KNA agency.

In turn, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz spoke at the conference and announced the launch of a European flagship fund for Ukraine's recovery.

According to Merz, supporting Kyiv on an international scale, Ukraine's aspiration to join the European Union, and the participation of private capital in its recovery are considered the three key conditions for achieving an "economic miracle" in the country after the war.
