According to the report, the electrical networks also do not meet safety requirements. In case of power outages, residents are forced to call specialists for repairs themselves.
An analysis of the activities of "GRAND GREAT SILK ROAD SERVICE" LLC, the management service company serving these multi-story buildings, revealed that they have still not signed management contracts with all property owners. This is considered a violation of the law.
In addition, the company has not provided property owners with financial and operational reports, nor has it held the necessary meetings. All of this has caused dissatisfaction among residents with the company.
