He emphasized that he possessed "confidential geological maps and images" of gold deposits located in the Samarkand and Jizzakh regions, offering to sell this information for $25,000 USD.

During an urgent operation conducted by the Samarkand regional department of the DXX, he was apprehended while receiving $10,000 of the agreed sum. According to expert conclusions, none of the information he provided was found to be confidential.

He demanded $4,000 USD from a citizen in exchange for a supervisory position.

During an operation conducted jointly by the Kashkadarya regional department of the DXX and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, he was caught while receiving the money.
