The Competition Committee has taken the next measure regarding violations related to gambling advertisements. It was revealed that two bloggers with large audiences on social networks had advertised the betting services of Melbet on their pages.
This concerns Shamsiddinov Amirkhon (amirxon_uzbek) and Ilyosov Doniyor (donik_krash). They promoted gambling through staged video clips.
Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the bloggers in connection with this case, and the relevant documents have been sent to court.
We remind you that, according to Uzbek legislation, advertising gambling and other services based on chance is prohibited. If such cases are identified, liability is established.
Previously, it was reported that four bloggers who promoted Melbet had been taken to court. The Competition Committee identified 185 such illegal advertising cases in the initial period of 2024–2025.
