D. Atamuradov, head of the Culture Department of Urgut District, was held disciplinary accountable after an audio recording circulating on social networks was found to contain words violating the ethical norms of civil servants.

According to the Ministry of Culture, approximately 15 days ago, around 11:00 AM, D. Atamuradov and four male employees of the department participated in a conversation. During the conversation, the head was noted to have used inappropriate language.

The incident was found to contradict the "Exemplary Rules of Ethics for Civil Servants" of the Cabinet of Ministers. In accordance with the Labor Code, disciplinary action was taken against D. Atamuradov, and he was sternly warned against repeating such behavior in the future.

The Ministry of Culture urged all sector employees to adhere to ethical norms.
