It has been reported that over 63,000 complaints regarding tax violations have been filed since the beginning of the year. This information is provided in the data of the Tax Committee.
From January to July 2025, 63,988 complaints about tax violations were received through the "Soliq hamkor" system of the "Soliq" mobile application.
Of these:
- 57,672 were related to failure to provide receipts;
- 2,278 were related to refusal to accept payment via plastic cards;
- 145 were related to inflating the purchase amount for plastic cards;
- 3,893 were related to other types of violations.
31,423 complaints were not reviewed because they were repetitive or because an investigation was already ongoing regarding the business entity involved.
Based on the complaints, 25,924 mobile tax audits were conducted, and violations were confirmed in 98.9% of cases.
Citizens who reported violations received rewards in 27,451 cases (20% of the imposed fine amount), totaling 19.7 billion soums.
