On September 12 at 00:45, a road traffic accident involving a Spark and a service vehicle of the YXY occurred in the Chilanzar district.
According to the IIB information, a young man, born in 2008, who did not have a driver's license, was driving a Spark without a state license plate, sharply changed the direction of travel, and as a result, collided with a Lacetti model service car.
No seriously injured persons were reported as a result of the incident; first aid was provided to the drivers. Investigation is underway regarding the situation.
