Within the framework of the BMT General Assembly, a global forum on the topic "Increasing the survival rate and reducing the suffering of children affected by cancer and other life-threatening diseases" has started under the leadership of the First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva in cooperation with the World Health Organization and the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The forum was dedicated to an urgent issue for the world health system and attracted the attention of many countries, international organizations, and experts.
Ziroat Mirziyoyeva called on the world community to unite and take measures to increase children's survival rates.
The spouses of the Presidents of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Angola, Vietnam, Guatemala, and Serbia also participated in the event.
