Under his leadership, Uzbekistan boxers took first place in the overall team standings at the 2023 World Championship, the 2024 World Cup, and the Paris Olympics. A historic result was recorded at the Olympics with five gold medals.
In 2024, the Asian Boxing Confederation recognized To'lqin Kilichew as the "Coach of the Year". He is the coach of many famous boxers — Akhmadaliev, Madrimov, Jalolov, Abduraimov, and Abduqahhorov.
