In the Shahrikhan district of the Andijan region, a father in debt, M.Y., paid alimony in a lump sum of 6200 US dollars (approximately 74 million soums) for the material support of his child. This was reported by the information service of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
It is reported that, based on a decision of the Buston Inter-District Civil Court, the father was ordered to pay 1/4 of his income monthly as alimony. However, because he failed to make the payments on time, his right to leave Uzbekistan was restricted by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
Wishing to travel abroad, the debtor decided to pay the alimony money for his child in advance in order to have the restrictions lifted. As a result, an agreement was reached between the parties, the debtor paid 6200 dollars, and the restrictions imposed on him were canceled.
