In the first 9 months of 2025, more than 52 thousand divorce cases were reviewed in the courts of Uzbekistan. Of these, 27,578 marriages were dissolved, while in the remaining cases, the claims were rejected, left without consideration, or the proceedings were terminated.
During this period, the courts issued more than 1.1 million court orders for the collection of compulsory payments totaling 8.2 trillion soums.
Regarding civil cases, more than 472 thousand cases were reviewed, a large part of which related to financial, property, and family matters.
In divorce cases, the courts review on average more than 100 marriage-related matters daily.
