Did the official exchange rate of the dollar fall?

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum for November 3.

According to it, the official exchange rate of the dollar decreased by 20.13 soums and amounted to 12,005.09 soums.

The exchange rate of the euro decreased by 71.41 soums and was set at 13,898.29 soums.

The Russian ruble also decreased by 0.80 soums and amounted to 148.56 soums.
