Citizens undergoing training based on international standards in the field of butchery in Bukhara will be sent to jobs in Germany with a monthly salary of 4,400 euros.
This was reported by the Bukhara regional branch of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Yesterday, a meeting was held at the branch with a delegation headed by Thomas Förster, the head of the German recruiting organization "The International People".
The negotiations discussed the requirements set for the employer organization, the conveniences and conditions being created for labor migrants. In particular, issues of training candidates wishing to work in the field of butchery in Germany for 3–6 months based on international standards, involving foreign specialists in the process, and improving the language and professional skills of applicants were considered.
Furthermore, the initiative of the German side to organize a center for assessing and certifying knowledge and skills in butchery in Bukhara, and allocating a special place for this, was also discussed.
At the initial stage of the program, it is planned to attract 20 citizens for free vocational training and German language courses, complete their documentation in a short time, and send them to work in Germany. Subsequently, an agreement was reached to provide 100 citizens with jobs in butchery with a monthly salary of 4,400 euros.
Thomas Förster assessed this initiative as an important step in reducing unemployment in Bukhara, providing employment for the population, and training competitive specialists for the foreign labor market.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to consistently continue future cooperation and achieve practical results.
