Today, on December 22, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's working visit to Russia has concluded, and the head of state is returning to the city of Tashkent, reports the Presidential Press Service.

It is noted that the events within the framework of Shavkat Mirziyoyev's working visit to the city of St. Petersburg have concluded. During the visit, the leader of Uzbekistan delivered a speech at the regular meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.

A ceremony for awarding the Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize was held for our head of state, as well as for the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Today, the President participated in the informal summit of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States and familiarized himself with the State Hermitage Museum.

After that, Shavkat Mirziyoyev concluded his working visit and departed for Tashkent from Pulkovo International Airport. The high-ranking guest was seen off by the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov and other officials.
