Starting from January 8, methane "filling stations" across the republic will operate from 10:00 to 16:00. The restriction is related to a pressure drop in the main gas pipelines.
According to the Ministry of Energy, a temporary restriction is being imposed on the operation of methane "filling stations" due to an observed pressure drop in the main gas pipelines. In this regard, starting from January 8, autogas filling points will operate from 10:00 to 16:00.
It is noted that this measure is being taken to ensure a stable supply of natural gas to households, public transport, and social sector facilities. In the Fergana Valley, however, the operating hours of methane "filling stations" will be determined in agreement with local authorities based on the gas pressure situation.
According to the Ministry, restrictions may be revised based on the overall gas supply situation, pressure levels, and consumption volume. It was also emphasized that practical work is underway to bring the gas pressure to the standard level, and that the restrictions are temporary.
