On the evening of January 19 of this year, a video was posted on social networks showing a man trying to illegally enter one of the multi-story buildings in Tashkent. Regarding this incident, this person was detained and a court case was initiated against him.
On January 22 of this year, an administrative case regarding the offender I.T. was considered at the Yunusabad District Court for Criminal Cases.
According to the investigation body, citizen I.T. entered the entrance of house 37, mahalla 11, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city, on January 19, 2026, and attempted to open the entrance doors of apartments 28 and 33 several times using force, thereby disturbing the peace of the citizens living there.
It was also established that the defendant deliberately disregarded the rules of public conduct and disturbed the peace of citizens, and a protocol on an administrative offense was duly drawn up regarding the incident.
According to the court's verdict, the defendant I.T. was found to have committed the offense provided for in Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and he was sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention.
