According to data from the National Statistics Committee, 86,199 foreign citizens came to Uzbekistan for medical treatment in 2025. The majority of them are from neighboring countries.
In particular, 59,145 citizens from Tajikistan, 15,631 from Kyrgyzstan, and 8,224 from Kazakhstan used medical services in the country. Citizens from Russia, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, the USA, China, and Azerbaijan also received treatment in Uzbekistan.
The data indicates an increase in the quality of medical services in the country and the development of medical tourism.
