It is known that on August 25, 2025, the child died during a scheduled surgical removal of an adenoid identified in the nose at the "Paeonnis" private clinic. A verdict in the case was announced on March 12 at the Mirzo Ulugbek district court of Tashkent city for criminal cases.
According to the court's decision, the anesthesiologist-resuscitator and the ENT doctor working at the clinic were found guilty under Part 3 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code (failure to perform professional duties properly). They were sentenced to 4 years of deprivation of liberty and deprivation of the right to participate in surgical operations for a period of 3 years.
According to the verdict, the sentence will be served in a penal colony. The house arrest applied to the defendants was canceled, and they were taken into custody from the courtroom.
