During the investigation, it was established that this person was Abbos Yusupov. His actions in a public place caused dissatisfaction among other drivers.
The violator expressed regret for his actions, stating that he thought it would not be considered a violation if the loudspeaker device was not permanently installed in the car.
It is reported that the Malibu car was placed in an impound lot, and the megaphone used by the driver was seized as material evidence.
According to the court ruling, the driver was deprived of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of 1.5 years.
