During the conversation, the state leaders sincerely congratulated each other on the approaching Ramadan Hayit and Navruz holidays, wishing peace, prosperity, and well-being to their peoples. Furthermore, issues of expanding strategic partnership and allied relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan were discussed.
It was noted that the trade turnover is increasing and joint projects in trade-economic, investment, transport, and cultural-humanitarian spheres are being advanced. At the same time, during the analysis of the situation in the Middle East, it was emphasized that the sharp escalation of the situation could lead to regional and global economic consequences, and it is necessary to soften it only through political-diplomatic means.
