A situation related to the illegal storage of pneumatic weapons and their purchase and sale without documents was detected in the Sergeli district of Tashkent. This was reported by the information service of the capital's Internal Affairs Department.
According to the information, during an operational measure conducted by employees of the criminal investigation department of the Sergeli district internal affairs department, it became known that a pneumatic weapon was being stored in the apartment of one of the citizens. In the course of further inspections, it was found that this weapon had been sold hand-to-hand among several people without the appropriate permit.
It is noted that the pneumatic weapon was found during a search of the fourth buyer's living quarters and was documented in the prescribed manner.
In connection with the situation, a violation of the requirements of the law "On Weapons" was identified, and measures were taken against the guilty persons in accordance with Article 220-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
