According to him, Washington will no longer send a delegation to meetings via Pakistan.
In an interview with Fox News, Trump stated that if Iran wants to negotiate, it can contact the U.S. directly or reach out by phone. He also said that long trips and ineffective meetings would be abandoned.
According to reports, a ceasefire agreement has been in effect between the U.S. and Iran since the beginning of April. Trump indicated that this agreement would continue until a concrete proposal is made by Iran.
Previously, negotiations were held between the delegations of the two countries in Pakistan, but they ended without an agreement. Later, Trump announced that the planned trip of representatives for further meetings had also been canceled.
