According to Dilfuza Sobirova, head of the ministry's information service, no instructions or recommendations have been given to regional departments or educational institutions regarding the collection of guarantee letters from class teachers for the purpose of cooperating with parents.

Earlier, the sample guarantee letter that spread on social networks caused widespread discussion.

It stated that class teachers must strictly supervise the students they are in charge of, prevent various gatherings and money collections, as well as obtain guarantee letters from parents and maintain regular communication during the holidays.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers' regulation “On General Secondary Education,” the summer vacation in schools lasts from the day of the final stage control test, and in classes where stage control is not conducted, from the day after the end of the academic year, until September 1.
