On October 28-29, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry will come to Uzbekistan on a working visit visit.
It is noted that his visit agenda includes a meeting with Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as well as negotiations with the head of the foreign policy department of this country.
During the talks, primary attention will be focused on the issues of further deepening the strategic partnership and alliance relations between Russia and Uzbekistan, particularly on implementing the agreements reached following Putin's state visit to our country on May 26-28 this year.
Also, the parties are expected to discuss pressing international and regional issues of mutual interest.
In the light of Uzbekistan's observer status in the EAEU, there will also be discussions on supporting the processes of Eurasian integration diplomatically.
Furthermore, a meeting between Sergey Lavrov and the faculty and students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan is planned.
