Today, on November 18th, a criminal case against Kh.Zakhidov, charged under Part 2 of Article 277 "v" clause and Part 2 of Article 104 "u, l" clauses of the Criminal Code, will be considered at the Sergeli District Court. The press service of Tashkent city courts reported this.
It has been revealed that Kh.Zakhidov, on July 10, 2024, around 14:00, deliberately ignoring the rules of public conduct and in a state of alcohol intoxication, got into a conflict leading to a brawl with his acquaintance, born in 1988, R. Ziyaev, at the “Sobraniya” cafe located in the Dostlik MFC of Yangihayot district, hitting him with a glass bottle. As a result, R.Ziyaev, having sustained injuries, turned to the trauma point of the central multi-field clinic of Yangihayot district and was diagnosed with "soft tissue contusion in the area behind the ear."
Furthermore, fragments of the glass bottle also caused an injury to the right eye of E. Rakhmanov, who was sitting there, born in 1971.
According to the conclusion of the Ministry of Health's Forensic Medical Examination Bureau dated 02.08.2024, E.Rakhmanov sustained severe injuries characterized by the loss of vision in his right eye, deformation of the right eyeball shape, laceration of the upper and lower eyelids of the right eye, and a permanent loss of 1/3 (35%) of his labor capacity, determining the severity of these injuries as SERIOUS.
The court hearing that takes place today will consider the mentioned criminal case and will read out the verdict to the guilty party.
