According to reports, a man who entered a pharmacy and threatened to kill the pharmacy worker before taking money from the cash register was brought to the Chirchiq city court on criminal charges. He was detained under pre-trial detention measures the very next day of his crime.

According to her, she couldn't resist because her life was under threat. “I couldn't fully resist because he had a knife. He took off with close to 700 thousand som. I tried to resist, about a hundred thousand or so fell down, and with that, he ran out into the street and escaped,” she said.
In court, the defendant admitted his guilt and explained his actions with the intoxication of that day: “That day, I was sitting at home alone, consuming alcoholic drinks. I don't know why I went out. It happened at that moment,” he said.
According to his statement in court, a credit debt of more than fifteen million som depressed him, and during the night, he forced his way into a pharmacy not far from his living place.
He was found guilty under part two of section “a” of Article 164 of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment.
