Cases of illegal use of energy resources worth 3.4 billion soums were identified in Tashkent and Namangan regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
It is noted that the Bostanlyk district department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office conducted a pre-investigation check. At the event, citizens D.A. and U.B. were found to have illegally used electricity worth 2 billion soums by connecting directly to the public utility network for commercial purposes in a dacha on the territory of the "Besh Tut" neighborhood.
Also, in an operative event conducted by employees of the Department's Yangiqo'rg'on District Department and the Namangan Regional Department of Uzenergoinspektsiya, it was discovered that citizen D.X. illegally connected directly to the public gas network in the "Yuqori Qorayantoq" neighborhood garden, illegally using natural gas worth 1.4 billion soums.
Criminal cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
