A video showing a teenager being beaten up in a store has spread on social networks here.
According to the Children's Ombudsman's findings, the incident occurred on April 16 of this year in a grocery store located in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region.
A citizen, Q.F., due to family issues, beat up his spouse's underage brother, N.S. (a boy born in 2008), causing bodily harm.
Currently, pre-investigation checks are being carried out by the district's Internal Affairs Department. A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the extent of the bodily injuries caused.
Additional information will be provided based on the legal measures taken as a result of the investigation.
