Videos depicting a man raising his hand against a young child in an elevator and threatening citizens with a knife on the street have spread on social networks.
According to the Police Department, on April 18 at around 19:40, a report was received by the Tashkent city Police Protection Department that the “panic button” had been pressed at one of the parking lots located on Sebzor street in the Shaykhontohur district.

H.S. did not cause physical injury to anyone with the knife.
