The Department within the Prosecutor General's Office, located in the city of Ohangaron, conducted a rapid operation during which a citizen, M.M., was caught selling 530 units of foreign-made electronic tobacco products to another citizen, M.G., for 5,700 US dollars, in violation of the law, and was detained with physical evidence at the time of sale.
On this matter, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 186-1 of the Criminal Code (illegal circulation or production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products, and tobacco products), and investigative actions are being carried out.
