In Saudi Arabia, in the span of a week, 13,118 individuals who were illegally present in the country were arrested. This was reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) here.

It was revealed that a total of 8,150 people were arrested for violating residential regulations, 3,344 for illegally crossing the border, and 1,624 for violations related to labor activities.

The Saudi Ministry of Interior warned that those facilitating illegal entry into the country, including providing transportation and shelter, would face severe penalties. They could be imprisoned for up to 15 years, fined up to 267,000 dollars, and have their vehicles and properties confiscated.
