Famous billionaire Elon Musk harshly criticized a new spending bill currently being considered by the US Congress. He wrote about it on his social media page.
“Sorry, but I can no longer tolerate this. This bill is massive, infuriating, and downright disgusting. Everyone who voted for it – you know you did the wrong thing. You know it yourself,” Musk wrote on the X (formerly Twitter) network.
According to him, this document will increase the already excessively high budget deficit of the USA by up to 2.5 trillion dollars and place a heavy burden on ordinary citizens.
“Congress is bankrupting America,” he added.

This bill is supported by President Donald Trump. It includes, in particular, defending the borders and increasing military spending, extending the tax breaks signed by Trump in 2017, and raising the national debt limit by up to 4 trillion dollars.
According to White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt, Trump is aware of Musk’s opinion on this matter, but it will not affect his position.
