In Tashkent, a "fraudster" who tried to send citizens abroad for work was caught

The citizen tricked people and took $12,500 USD and 72.3 million soums from them.

A citizen who deceived people in Tashkent by promising to send them to work abroad has been detained. The Information Service of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes reported this. 

It was noted that "F.A.", the head of an LLC, J.B., and manager A.A. (previously convicted) residing in Yunusabad district of the capital Tashkent, posted advertisements on social media platforms promising to send citizens to work in Germany.

Subsequently, they entered into fraudulent contracts with nine citizens who responded to these advertisements, illegally obtaining a total of $12,500 USD and 73.2 million Uzbek soums.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 228 (forgery, production, sale, or use of counterfeit documents, stamps, seals, or forms) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.

 We remind you that earlier, a person who promised to send citizens to work in Norway was detained in the city of Khiva, Khorezm region.
