Today, on July 23, a fire broke out in a state reserve located in the Surkhandarya region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
It was noted that at 15:52, through the 112 system, a report was received by the Emergency Situations Ministry about a dry grass fire covering approximately 5 hectares in the territory of the Surkhan State Reserve, located in the "Qizilolma" neighborhood of the Sherobod district.
Based on this report, fire and rescue crews, as well as employees of relevant organizations, arrived at the scene. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire has not yet been extinguished. Efforts to put out the fire are currently underway. Sufficient forces and resources have been mobilized to suppress this fire.
