It has been revealed at what age Uzbeks primarily form families. The information service of the National Statistics Committee reported on this.
According to the report, in the January-June period of 2025, a total of 95,275 marriage cases were registered by the civil registry offices across the republic.
Among the registered marriages, men under 20 years old accounted for 1.4%, those aged 20-30 made up 79.3%, those aged 31-40 constituted 13.2%, and those aged 41 and older represented 6.1%. As for women, those under 20 accounted for 34.0%, those aged 20-30 made up 54.2%, those aged 31-40 constituted 9.1%, and those aged 41 and older represented 2.7%.
