On September 24, 2025, a poisoning incident involving some preschool children was observed in the Tashkent region.
According to the Telegram channel of the social-political publication "Mash'al" newspaper of Urta Chirchik district and Nurafshon city, it was established that the institutions were supplied with food products by the LLCs "GOVERNESS BUSINESS", "KINDER GARDEN GROUP" and with dairy products by the LLC "SHARK MILK PRODUCT".
These LLCs have also been providing outsourcing services to preschool institutions in the districts of Tashkent, Urta Chirchik, Kibray, Yangiyul, Bo'stonliq, and Zangiota, and the cities of Chirchik, Nurafshon, and Yangiyul.
On September 25, 2025, the Investigation Department under the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 257-1 of the Criminal Code (violation of sanitary legislation or anti-epidemic rules) against officials of 5 LLCs regarding violations of sanitary legislation and commenced an investigation. A documentary audit was appointed regarding the financial and economic activities of the LLCs.
In connection with the criminal case, a total of 7 individuals were detained as part of procedural measures: the head of the "GOVERNESS BUSINESS" LLC, the director of "Kinder Garden Group" LLC, the head and founder of "Innovation Outsourcing Service" LLC, the director of "Nishon invest" LLC, and the director, founder, and sales department managers of "SHARK MILK PRODUCT" LLC.
Currently, preliminary investigative actions are being continued by the Investigation Department under the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
