It outlines measures to curb the spread of drugs among youth, strengthen criminal liability for illicit trafficking, and enhance preventive measures.
The meeting also noted that the number of cybercrimes has increased 68-fold over the past five years.
The President gave instructions on protecting personal data, strengthening cybersecurity in the banking system, and implementing new areas of expertise.
In addition, the digitalization of prosecutorial oversight, the application of artificial intelligence technologies in investigative processes, and the full electronic handling of criminal cases are planned.
