According to the press service of Akorda, Tokayev expressed sincere gratitude to President Mirziyoyev for the high-level attention shown to him and the Kazakh delegation during the state visit carried out on November 14–16.
The letter noted the historical significance of the visit, emphasizing that it elevated the strategic partnership and allied relations between the two states to a new level.
The President of Kazakhstan also specifically acknowledged the high-level organization of the VII Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia held in Tashkent. He emphasized that the substantive discussions, important decisions and documents, as well as Azerbaijan's accession as a full participant, gave the forum strategic importance.
For reference, Tokayev paid a visit to Tashkent on November 14, where he was personally greeted at the airport by President Mirziyoyev.
