Within the framework of combating the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, an urgent operation was carried out in Asaka district with the cooperation of the State Security Service department for Andijan region, the Customs, and Internal Affairs bodies.
During the operation, an unnamed spray bottle containing a suspicious liquid and two drug items were discovered and temporarily seized from a person born in 1988. Subsequently, upon inspection of his residence in Khujaobod district, it was found that a narcotics laboratory had been set up at this address.
From the residence, unknown liquids in spray bottles, white powdery substances, potent drugs, and equipment intended for the production of narcotic drugs were seized as material evidence. According to the expert conclusion, the seized substances are considered to be the synthetic narcotic drug "Alpha PVP" and the potent substance "Tropicamide".
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Part 5 of Article 273 of the Criminal Code, and the preventive measure of "detention" has been applied against him. Investigative actions are ongoing.
