The head of state first visited the bridge built over the Salar Canal, familiarized himself with the landscaping work in the area, and participated in planting saplings. Thereafter, the conditions created in the hokimiyat building were inspected.
During the visit, the office and car used by the President during his tenure as district governor from 1992 to 1996 were exhibited in a restored state. The head of state shared his memories of important decisions made during that period and his activities.
It was also noted that previously, the activities of various organizations in the district were carried out in a fragmented manner, which hindered the prompt resolution of citizens' appeals. Now, a situation center based on artificial intelligence has been established in the hokimiyat, and the "Smart District" platform has been launched.
Through this system, social and communal problems are monitored, the execution of appeals is supervised, and the activities of services are quickly coordinated in emergency situations. The platform also includes areas such as "Safe District," a digital map of entrepreneurship, and "AI Davomat."
It was reported that such systems have also been implemented in the Chilanzar, Shaykhantakhur, and Almazar districts of the capital. The President gave instructions to expand this experience to all districts of Tashkent.
