It is noted that the rapid measures were carried out in cooperation with employees of the State Security Service and the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.

In one of the cases, it was established that the chief specialist of the Andijan regional department of the State Assets Management Agency demanded $15,000 from an entrepreneur.

It turned out that citing the entrepreneur's failure to fulfill the terms of the contract for the purchase of a state property object in the Izboskan district, an appeal was filed with the court regarding the termination of the contract and the collection of a fine. The official, through his high-ranking acquaintances, sought a bribe in exchange for resolving the court decision in favor of the entrepreneur and not canceling the contract.

He was apprehended at the moment he received the requested sum of money through a third party.

In another case, an engineer of the Andijan regional branch of the "Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari" joint-stock company stated that damages of 650 million soums had been calculated due to the illegal use of electricity by an individual entrepreneur at a rice drying workshop.

In exchange for reducing this amount to 40 million soums, he demanded $15,000 from the entrepreneur. The engineer was detained when he received $10,000.

Furthermore, it was reported that the head of the Cadastre department of one of the region's districts had previously received $3,000 in exchange for allocating 8 sotiks of land for housing construction and 17 sotiks for establishing a farm to a citizen.

Pre-investigation inspections revealed that the official also prepared a fake document confirming the land allocation to the citizen.

During an inventory conducted at the beginning of this year, the illegal allocation of this land plot was uncovered, and a fine of 82 million soums was imposed on the citizen.

Subsequently, the cadastre employee was detained when he returned the $3,000 through a third party.

Currently, criminal cases have been initiated regarding all three incidents, and investigative actions are underway.
