As part of the event, the official opening of the "Pilaf Museum" in the capital is planned. According to Timur Musin, the leader of Caravan Group and the Chairman of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers, this museum is a clear example of how a single local product can transform into a strong gastronomic ecosystem. Pilaf is not just a dish; it is a philosophical concept and a part of our identity, says Timur Musin.

Although the museum was established a month ago, it will open its doors to guests and spectators in a new guise during the summit days.

In this museum, which occupies an area of 5000 sq.m., visitors can not only taste various types of pilaf characteristic of different regions of Uzbekistan but also get acquainted with the history, architecture, and traditions of Central Asia.
