As part of the event, the official opening of the "Pilaf Museum" in the capital is planned. Although the museum was established a month ago, it will open its doors to guests and spectators in a new guise during the summit days.
In this museum, which occupies an area of 5000 sq.m., visitors can not only taste various types of pilaf characteristic of different regions of Uzbekistan but also get acquainted with the history, architecture, and traditions of Central Asia.
