L.” LLC. This was reported by the Intellectual Property Department informed.
A mandatory submission has been made against the violator due to the violation of the law, and measures have been taken to protect the rights to the trademark.
According to Article 177 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, unauthorized use of another's trademark results in administrative liability, and the objects of infringement may be seized with a fine being imposed ranging from 15 to 50 times the minimum monthly wage.
