The rapid response investigative service of the Andijan regional Department of Internal Affairs, devoted to combating organized crime, exposed a fraud crime during an operational event based on a citizen's complaint. The regional Department of Internal Affairs Press Service reported this.
A woman born in 2001 demanded the return of her complaint about indecent acts committed against her by an acquaintance and not to disclose the incident to the man's family members in exchange for a new iPhone 16 Pro. She received an upfront payment of 700 US dollars at the time she was detained by participants of the operation along with material evidence.
In relation to this case, the investigative department at the Andijan city coordination department of internal affairs initiated a criminal case under part 1 of article 165 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are currently underway.
