India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has stated that no definitive conclusions have been reached yet regarding last month's Air India plane crash that claimed the lives of 260 people.
AAIB chief GVK Yugandhar said the following during a meeting with journalists on Friday:
“The investigation has not yet concluded. We request the public and media to refrain from interpreting the incident with premature conclusions. This could jeopardize the integrity of the investigation process.”
It should be noted that the Boeing aircraft crash was one of the worst aviation disasters India has faced in recent years.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. There is currently no official conclusion regarding the causes of the disaster.
